So the PV is finally out! I remember early this year a rumor 3rd single was suppose to be release. I’m glad to see No Sleeves (no3b) is releasing something. It’s the only members I’m quite familiar with in AKB48 since the first I heard of them was on Totally’s H!P blog when he first announce the news of No3b. Well I keep delaying this post as I keep getting more busy (now all I have left a is a test and a paper due). I was thinking about leaving a lovely graduation for Erika but I suddenly got busy again and forgot to post this. I’m curious what kind of graduation message would you give her if you as a fan was able to personally deliever this to her. I will try my best to type mine in Japanese but I think I will include the English translations just in case my Japanese is wrong.

Yep you read the title right! It seems Paul’s wishes has finally been answer and Naki is finally getting a photobook. I’m glad upfront is now giving these girls a chance this year to shine outside their groups. Now the only ones left for a photobook is Captain, Chisato, Aika, Junjun, and Linlin.

The photobook will be release on December 9, 2009

Beware the following scans below are a delicous eye candy treat for everyone. I must say I’m tempted to buy both copies just for the booklet. It’s so…well wait until you see it but I must say Naki and Chisato need a photobook now! Now I’m off to the international festival. Today I will be singing with some of my Japanese classmates.

Okay so just as the title says: What is the best of 2009? I was sitting at my desk trying to avoid doing any homework (but sadly it still needs to be done) when I was wondering what is the best of 2009 for everyone? Well I will list a few categories and I want everyone to respond in all of them and by Decemember 30, 2009 I will post what everyone thought was the best this year (which means you can still nomiate Decemember releases). Also because I’m lazy so answers with 2~4 different countries in them means you can list one from each country. You don’t have to list one for every country but if you’re like me and try to expand your collection then you browse a bit.

I’m still on break but thought I should inform my fellow TVXQ fans!

The Seoul Central District Court gave a partial victory to three members of the five-man boy band TVXQ in legal action taken to free themselves from their contract with SM Entertainment.

The three are now free to appear in dramas, commercials and movies, while awaiting a final verdict on the contract.

After the court’s decision, legal representatives for the three said that they will continue their action until the contract is declared null and void.

The three ― Hero, Micky and Xiah ― compared their 13-year exclusive contract with SM with a slave deal and submitted an application for provisional disposition regarding their contract with SM. With the three bolting, the once-popular group is as good as disbanded.

They claimed that they were not treated fairly by the agency in terms of profit distribution.

The court stated that “SM Entertainment cannot sign a contract opposes the petitioners’ intention or obstructs their individual activities.”

“Because the group has the possibility to stay together and continue their activities through mutual agreement and it is hard to conclude that the profit issues are invalid, the court will not completely dissolve the contract at this time,” the court said.

Well just as the title says…it’s not a good week. It started on Wednesday when I read Book II of Paradise lost the previous night making sure I memorize all the characters names knowing who spoke only to completely blank out when I took the quiz Wednesday (and totally got a zero on it but its my lowest so no worries really for me). Then I was having body aches (including my ear aches which leads to head aches). So woke up Thursday going to class for an hour and then after making sure my group was okay I left to the international office to clear some things up about visa procedures I started to feel ill. So I didn’t go to the one class I’m struggling in because I was so tired I could bearly eat lunch (which is is usually breakfast for one if I forget to grab something on the way out the door). 

Okay here is where the real bad luck got started. I went to English class and got my zero quiz score which didn’t bother me at all. Then I called DELL to ask them why my printer says Error 2200 only for the guy to tell me sorry your warrenty expire so I can’t help you. Well after I snap back (not yelling so don’t overthink) saying I know what your going to tell me and the website doesn’t help. Basically everyone who bought a dell photo 926 has wasted money. The scanner would just randomly quit working…the guy told me its broke and suggested I buy a new one. Well the reason why I was angry was because I needed to scan my passport so I can recieved my certificate of elgibility to go to Japan in January as quickly as possible since I still need to apply for a visa. Well lucky for me my study abroad advisor had a copy so she did it for me. Also because it was raining (and I don’t own a pair of rainboots) plus my pants wouldn’t stay rolled up so my favorites pants got ruined (plus I just don’t like rain). So after class I drag my crap downstairs to meet my parents and my dad worrying about me took me to Student Health. Lucky the only thing I didn’t have was a fever so the doctor told me to be careful because if it becomes a fever then he would have to treated as H1N1 (I have a virus just not that one *does happy dance because she won’t be move to the sick floor*). Well we are just leaving the hospital when all of a sudden our car broke down . Well we had to get it towed then I had to called a taxi to take me back to the dorm (lucky we was still in city and not in some country place like last time). Well my parents ride couldn’t come until the morning so I hunted down for an extra matress and decided to go ahead and do some washing since I couldn’t do it at home. Well when I finally falling alseep at 1 o’clock in the morning, the fire alarm goes off. Yep….so I didn’t get much sleep after that so I feeling quite the same as the last two days and was unable to stay ahead in my work so Sunday I’m going to working all day on homework again. So after still story I think I will be taking a break for a while but I do have question for those read my blog. From January until June….are you guys interested in me posting about living in Japan? I will be there until about May 31st but I’m sure it will be June until I post everything about it.
